Fabrication & Quality

Fabricated in-house at Hyderabad.

Every FenzoPro window and door is cut, reinforced, welded, glazed and inspected under one roof — so what leaves our facility is ready to install and built to endure.

How it's built

Six steps to a FenzoPro window.

Step 1

Profile & system selection

We match the right multi-chamber uPVC or thermal-break aluminium system to the project brief, wind zone and glazing spec.

Step 2

Precision cutting

CNC double-mitre saws cut every profile to ±0.1 mm — the foundation of a square, weather-tight window.

Step 3

Steel reinforcement

Galvanised steel cores are inserted and screw-fixed into every operable sash and outer frame for structural rigidity.

Step 4

Welding & assembly

Four-head welders fuse corners at controlled temperature; CNC corner-cleaners deliver a flush architectural finish.

Step 5

Glazing & hardware

Toughened / laminated / DGU glass is set with EPDM gaskets; multi-point locks, hinges and rollers are calibrated on-line.

Step 6

QC & dispatch

Every unit is checked for operation, sealing and finish, then packed with edge protection for safe site delivery.

Standards

Engineered to IS 17037.

Every finished unit is checked for square, sash operation, gasket seating and hardware calibration — with retained samples and dispatch records for full traceability.
